• ◆Follow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents

• ◆Wrap mattress with a protective covering and sew ends of covering.
• ◆Insert wrapped mattress into a consumer-ready textile.
• ◆Seal covered mattress, labeling and applicable documentation into plastic packaging.
• ◆Box and strap finished mattress for shipping.
• ◆Work at different stations as production needs require.
• ◆Operate automated assembly equipment utilizing the HMI controls, and perform manual equipment operation or trouble-shooting as necessary.
• ◆Maintain and clean assigned work area.
• ◆Assists with other tasks associated with Assembly.
• ◆Perform quality inspections at every step in the process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• ◆Trained to use inventory management scanners.
• ◆Participate in inventory.

• ✓Basic knowledge of PC usage required to include using a mouse, Microsoft Windows and data entry operations.
• ✓Fork Truck certification a plus.
• ✓Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variable in situations where standardization exists.
• ✓Ability to prepare routine reports as required.
• ✓Be able to work overtime on short notice.
