Manufacturing Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Supervisor a typical day might include the following:

• •Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective.
• •Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees.
• •Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values.
• •Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit.

Pay Range Data

We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Pay range for this position is $80,200.00 - $112,400.00 per year. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
