Pay Range Data - $107,600 - $161,500 annually

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is looking for someone to join our Manufacturing team as a Lead Process Engineer in Pullman, WA. If you are looking to grow your career and are motivated by solving meaningful problems, we encourage you to apply today!

As a Lead Process Engineer , you’ll be responsible for leading engineers, associate engineers, and technicians in the expansion, development, deployment, and sustainment of PCBA cleaning and conformal coating processes.

A typical day as Lead Processing Engineer might include

  • •Mentoring and coaching other engineers and technicians.
  • •Assisting management in developing and driving the execution of operational and strategic objectives.
  • •Driving high quality and efficiency in the manufacturing processes, operations and tools.
  • •Managing or preparing documentation, including experiments, component and equipment qualifications, assembly materials qualifications, etc.
  • •Modeling, teaching, and applying SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

This job might be for you if

  • •You have a B.S. Degree or equivalent.
  • •You have 3-5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing processes and PCBA cleaning and conformal coating equipment.
