Responsibilities
- ◆Lead and support APQP activities and plant quality deliverables
- ◆Develop quality plans, control plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams, and inspection procedures
- ◆Analyze quality data and perform product and process evaluations using CMM and other laboratory equipment
- ◆Support problem-solving and corrective action activities
- ◆Ensure compliance with IATF/TS16949, customer requirements, and regulatory standards
- ◆Conduct quality and process control training
- ◆Communicate directly with customers regarding quality concerns and performance metrics
Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred
- ✓Experience in automotive or automotive-related manufacturing preferred
- ✓Knowledge of APQP, FMEA, control plans, process capability, and quality systems
- ✓Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- ✓Experience with metal fabrication, molding, machining, or forming processes is a plus
- ✓Valid driver's license required
