What You'll Do

  • ◆Perform painting and surface preparation to maintain buildings, equipment, and facility appearance
  • ◆Complete preventative and responsive building maintenance tasks
  • ◆Perform remodeling as needed
  • ◆Work from ladders and lifts when needed
  • ◆Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition
  • ◆Manage maintenance-related inventory and materials
  • ◆Assist with training new employees and team members
  • ◆Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner to support plant operations
  • ◆Follow all safety, environmental, and quality standards

Requirements

  • ✓Frequently lift up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • ✓Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work from elevated platforms
  • ✓Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Building Maintenance – Painter Technician

📍 Livingston, TN

What We're Looking For

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Experience in commercial, industrial, or facility painting preferred
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • •Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship
  • •Good communication and teamwork skills
  • •Valid driver's license
  • •Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • •Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math calculations
  • •Willingness to work overtime when needed
