Responsibilities

  • ◆Lead and supervise daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
  • ◆Coordinate staffing, production schedules, and workflow to maximize efficiency
  • ◆Train, coach, and develop production employees for growth and success
  • ◆Partner with Engineering to support new product launches and process improvements
  • ◆Monitor productivity, scrap, rework, and safety performance while implementing improvement plans
  • ◆Assign work orders and ensure proper staffing and equipment utilization
  • ◆Ensure compliance with customer quality

Qualifications

  • ✓Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred
  • ✓Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience in a fabricated metals environment preferred
  • ✓At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • ✓Knowledge of blueprint reading, SPC, lean manufacturing principles, and employee relations
  • ✓Tier One automotive supplier experience preferred
  • ✓Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • ✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • ✓Valid driver's license required
