Our supervisors are empowered to provide guidance, support and mentorship to employees with the goal of achieving short and long-term business objectives to ensure growth and maximize performance.
Shift: Nights; 12 Hours; 2-2-3 shift pattern
What you will do
- ◆Drive accountability for operational, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- ◆Provide direction, leadership and mentorship to employees in the management of their assigned areas to ensure that business objectives and satisfactory performance are met.
- ◆Assesses competency and capabilities of direct reports, ensuring employee development.
- ◆Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- ◆Effectively participate in the process of employee selection, hiring and retention.
- ◆Establish and/or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- ◆Lead by example.
- ◆Own safety culture for team. Manage safety investigations and related corrective actions. Participates on Safety Committee with meaningful contributions.

Night Shift Manufacturing Supervisor
What you will bring
- •High School diploma or GED required.
- •Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- •Two to four years of frontline supervision experience. Manufacturing Supervisory experience.
- •Experience working with computer systems to enter and track data.
- •Understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles. Green/Black Belt.
- •Proven ability to mentor and manage employees.
- •Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
