Production Manager (2nd Shift)

• ✓High school diploma or equivalent minimally required.
• ✓Eight (8) years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a large, high-volume manufacturing setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ✓Demonstrated leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• ✓Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• ✓Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• ✓Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.
• ✓Strong orientation for continuous improvement.
• ✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate well cross-functionally and work well at all levels of the organization.
• ✓Resourceful, proactive, high energy, results driven.
• ✓Ability to work both independently and within a team, generating results with general/minimal guidance from management.
• ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with manufacturing software and reporting tools.

• ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• ✓Three (3) years of experience as a Shift Manager in a large, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• ✓Experience with lean manufacturing or similar continuous process improvement.

About Our Location

Alliance Compressors LLC develops, manufactures, and markets one through six-ton scroll compressors. Scroll compressors are used in commercial and residential air conditioning units. The current facility is over 365,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 35,000 square feet of office space. This climate-controlled facility is the third-largest manufacturing business in the area and offers its 600+ employees many opportunities for advancement.
