If you are a Quality professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you. Based out of our Natchitoches, LA location, you will provide leadership to the RMA (return material auditor) lab and document control areas, manage supplier quality process and key performance indicators, you will maintain an effective QMS (Quality Management System ISO 9001-2015 based). You will collaborate throughout the facility to enhance and improve the plants product and services through the optimization of the QMS. Lastly, you will support assembly quality/manufacturing process and maintain records of quality audits on a daily basis.

• •Maintain quality procedures, specifications, and test standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• •Supervise quality personnel by prioritizing, scheduling, and delegating work assignments.
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap and internal ppm.
• •Coordinate compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, by:
• •Coordination of Internal audit programs
• •Supervise documentation control department.
• •Coordinate UL, and ISO audits.
• •Monitor assembly quality processes and maintain quality audit records.
• •Track supplier quality performance, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• •Provide direct quality support for manufacturing operations.

About Our Location

Alliance Compressors LLC develops, manufactures, and markets one through six-ton scroll compressors. Scroll compressors are used in commercial and residential air conditioning units. The current facility is over 365,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 35,000 square feet of office space. This climate-controlled facility is the third-largest manufacturing business in the area, and offers its 600+ employees many opportunities for advancement.
