What You'll Do
- ◆Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
- ◆Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
- ◆Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- ◆Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
- ◆Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
- ◆Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.
What You'll Need
- ✓5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
- ✓Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- ✓Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Proven track record of successfully managing in a production environment
- ✓5+ years of experience in precast concrete production
Your Education
- ✓High School diploma or equivalent required
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
