What You'll Do

◆Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
◆Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
◆Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
◆Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
◆Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
◆Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

What You'll Need

✓5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
✓Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
✓Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✓Proven track record of successfully managing in a production environment
✓5+ years of experience in precast concrete production

Your Education

✓High School diploma or equivalent required
✓Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
