Job Summary

The Process Engineer is responsible for improving manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality products, efficient production, minimal defects, and accurate machining results. This role supports process development, troubleshooting, quality improvements, and continuous operational efficiency.

Qualifications

✓Degree in Materials, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
✓3–5 years of manufacturing experience
✓Experience with metals manufacturing, machining, casting processes, or production operations is a plus
✓Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✓Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar modeling software
✓Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
✓Ability to work with employees across multiple departments

Key Responsibilities

◆Review and maintain manufacturing process parameters and documentation
◆Design and improve production tooling, patterns, and process instructions
◆Support quality systems, procedures, and work instructions
◆Analyze defects and implement corrective actions
◆Develop and update product models and production routings
◆Assist with process simulations and manufacturing improvements
◆Collaborate with production teams to resolve manufacturing issues
◆Support safety and environmental compliance efforts
◆Research and recommend new manufacturing technologies
◆Provide technical support to production operations
◆Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving projects
◆Prepare quotes for manufacturing services and production work

Salary: $72K - $95K
