Responsibilities
- ◆Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
- ◆Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules are met efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- ◆Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- ◆Monitor production performance, identify operational challenges, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- ◆Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous workflow.
- ◆Drive employee development and continuous improvement initiatives through training, performance feedback, and process optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- ✓High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
- ✓Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
- ✓At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience , including at least 1 year in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role .
- ✓Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards within a manufacturing environment.
- ✓Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced operation.
- ✓Experience with production management systems, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
