Responsibilities
- ◆Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- ◆Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
- ◆Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities.
- ◆Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory.
- ◆Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
- ◆Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- ✓3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480V systems and below.
- ✓Working knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and machinery; conveyor system experience preferred.
- ✓Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
- ✓Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- ✓Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
