Responsibilities
- ◆Rework wiring harnesses as technical changes arise
- ◆Create wiring lists, and convert to electrical drawings
- ◆Must be able to follow wiring diagrams and develop/implement/verify test setups
- ◆Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions
- ◆Familiarity using hand and power tools such as wire strippers, manual/electric crimpers, impact drivers, drills, etc.
- ◆Perform quality checks on completed work
Skills Required
- ✓Prior experience working with 400 Vdc and 480 Vac, or higher voltage systems
- ✓Basic computer skills and hand/power tool experience
- ✓Ability to solder and desolder, create cabling and wire harnesses, and assemble test stations
- ✓Familiarity with setup/operation of test/measuring test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc.
- ✓Experience/familiarity creating requests-for-quotes, purchase requests and orders
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships
- ✓Will demonstrate electrical safety practices including Lock-out-tag-out
Education and Experience
- ✓High school diploma with training certification
- ✓Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs unassisted
- ✓Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks inside and outside work environments
- ✓Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed
- ✓Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- ✓Must have excellent hand-eye coordination

We are looking for an Electrical Technician to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Director, Electrical Engineering and is based in Fremont, CA. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
