Responsibilities
- ◆Maintenance & Operations:
- ◆Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance and repairs for facility infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air).
- ◆Ensure all equipment and building systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
- ◆Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- ◆Planning & Improvement:
- ◆Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize workflow and facility layout.
- ◆Plan and manage projects related to building upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
- ◆Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability initiatives.
- ◆Safety & Compliance:
- ◆Ensure the facility adheres to safety standards, building codes, and industrial regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
- ◆Implement and manage safety programs, including procedures for hazardous materials and emergency preparedness.
- ◆Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain compliance records.
- ◆Record Keeping & Reporting:
- ◆Maintain computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) records.
- ◆Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance and facility operations.
Skills and Experience
- ✓BS degree, preferred or equivalent experience
- ✓Prior experience within manufacturing organization

We are looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will be based in Newark, Delaware. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week .
This role oversees maintaining and improving our facility's infrastructure, equipment, and safety systems while managing vendor contracts to ensure efficient, compliant, and profitable operations.
Role and
