As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

◆Leads our third shift team associates in 4 workcenters
◆Implements continuous improvements in our four primary KPI’s (Safety, Quality, Schedule Attainment, Productivity)
◆Determines work assignments and actions required to achieve plant / shift goals
◆Supports training of all associates and seamless transitions between shifts
◆Enforcing EHS and site practices to ensure a safe and professional environment
◆Assigning trained resources to production work
◆Administrating shop paperwork and data entry
◆Dispensing and controlling tools and supplies
◆Resolving or escalating issues occurring on work shift

qualifications

✓High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
✓Five (5) years of process manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
✓Three (3) years of experience as a machine lead or team lead
✓Current, valid driver’s license
