You will also act as a key escalation point for complex body repair and partner-related cases, using operational data and network insights to drive continuous improvement. Based in Amsterdam, this role requires regular travel across Europe.
requirements
across the European network, addressing compliance gaps and maintaining a high level of repair quality.
- ✓Complex Escalations: Act as the European escalation point for complex body repair and operational cases, connecting partners with the appropriate internal teams and driving issues through to resolution.
- ✓Performance Insights: Monitor network performance, identify trends and risks through operational data, and turn recurring issues into broader network improvement initiatives.
- ✓Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Service Operations, Technical Support, Quality, Warranty, Training and other functions to ensure the body repair network has the support required to operate effectively.

- ✓5+ years of automotive experience, including significant experience in body repair, collision repair and/or vehicle painting.
- ✓Strong understanding of body shop operations, repair processes, quality standards and repair performance.
- ✓Proven experience in partner, network or multi-site management, with the ability to manage performance and drive corrective actions.
- ✓Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence using digital applications, reporting tools and performance data.
- ✓Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly across Europe, up to approximately 50%.
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Experience working with a premium automotive or electric vehicle brand, or within an OEM-approved or certified collision repair network.
- ✓Experience operating across multiple European markets and within a matrix organization.
