Maintenance Supervisor (3rd Shift) – St Joseph Prepared Foods Plant

• ◆Lead and direct maintenance technicians, fostering a well-trained and motivated team.
• ◆Assist the Maintenance Manager in directing and coordinating maintenance policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
• ◆Manage and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• ◆Quickly assess problems to minimize production downtime.
• ◆Maintain knowledge of SQF Quality Management policies and procedures along with GMP practices.
• ◆Ensure all maintenance staff understand and follow company policies and procedures.

• ✓Experience: 3+ years as a maintenance technician or closely related role. Experience in directing, evaluating and training maintenance technicians preferred.
• ✓Education: Associate’s degree or relevant college certificate in a related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment.

• ✓Availability for some weekend work as needed.
