1st Shift-General Production Manager-Humboldt, TN

• ✓Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections using f ixed ladders , stairs steps , etc.
• ✓A ble to tolerate environmental conditions in the area of responsibility . T he temperature in most of the areas range from 28 ° -45 ° Fahrenheit.

• ✓Good written and verbal communication skills .
• ✓Able to communicate with all levels of management.
• ✓Special Skills:
• ✓Team - leader , problem - solving , and motivation to take on special projects.
• ✓Supervisory:
• ✓Responsible for all p roduction o perations at the facility . This includes managing all production supervisors ’ department s, production schedules , product rotation , CCP verification schedules , and overseeing the safety committee . This role includes responsibility to review team members in these roles and develop and improve in any deficient areas.
• ✓Travel:
• ✓Some travel is required as needed.
