Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Working knowledge and experience working on, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems (pneumatics, gas engines, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, conveyors, auger/screw feed systems). Working knowledge and experience working on, troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems/circuits, power systems, test gauges, load cells, scales, ACIDC drives, electrical distribution (transformers, switch gears, substations), principles of electricity, electrical code. Must be skilled at PLCs, PLC interface, troubleshooting PLC logic, programming logic and HMI programmingltroubleshooting. Must get work assignments and close assignments from SAP, report hours in SAP, and look up spare parts in SAP. Must be willing to train others on Preventive Maintenance tasks. Support 5-S and housekeeping of assigned areas and actively participate in TPM.
