Responsibilities
- ◆Make product changeovers
- ◆Perform packaging size changes, minor repairs and adjustments on equipment
- ◆Operate, process, fill and package materials on production line equipment
- ◆Perform consistent quality inspection of products
- ◆Pack and palletize finished goods in a safe manner
- ◆Accurately complete all related paperwork
- ◆Use computerized inventory management system to select orders and input data
- ◆Maintain accurate inventories
Required qualifications
- ✓Under direct general supervision, positively operates under a total task, team-based approach to move raw,
- ✓packaging, and finished goods to, from and within a department using mechanical and manual means
- ✓Ability to move up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis and on an occasional basis move up to 100 pounds with
- ✓assistance
- ✓Ability to perform basic math functions
- ✓Results-focused with ability to self-motivate and work under limited supervision
- ✓Demonstrated experience working effectively and accurately in a high volume, fast paced environment
- ✓Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships in a diverse team-based environment
- ✓Demonstrated ability to use logical thinking and independent judgment to solve problems
- ✓Excellent time management and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent
- ✓Proven mechanical ability
- ✓Fork lift experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to read, navigate and interpret multiple computerized data collection, data entry and
- ✓inventory control systems
Base Salary: $17.85 - $26.77
