We're looking for mechanically minded individuals who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping machinery operating at its best.

Whether your background is in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, machine repair, automotive mechanics, heavy equipment, or millwright work, we encourage you to apply. Candidates with union and non-union maintenance backgrounds are welcome.

• •Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• •Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• •Assisting with machine installations, moves, and equipment setup.
• •Supporting plant layout changes and production improvements.
• •Leveling, aligning, lubricating, and maintaining equipment.
• •Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• •Working safely and contributing to a culture focused on continuous improvement.

• •Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, mechanical troubleshooting, manufacturing, or related trades.
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• •Experience with preventative maintenance practices.
• •Welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, or fabrication experience.
• •Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• •Willingness to learn and continuously develop your skills.

Pay Range: $32-$35 per hour
