What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with the Maintenance team to keep our Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments running smoothly by:
- ◆Troubleshooting and repairing equipment issues
- ◆Working on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- ◆Performing preventative and predictive maintenance
- ◆Reading schematics, diagrams, and parts breakdowns
- ◆Fabricating and welding equipment when needed
- ◆Using hand tools and diagnostic equipment to get the job done right
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓Associate’s Degree in a technical field preferred
- ✓Relevant hands-on experience may substitute for education
- ✓Currently pursuing a related degree? We’ll consider that too.
