• •Monday thru Friday daytime schedule with additional limited off hour calls as needed to provide support across three shifts.

• •Responsible for the successful completion projects which are broad in nature. The engineer will typically define the project, set the goals, and communicate the project to all affected parties clearly and concisely.
• •Evaluates need, analyzes options, develops plan, develops Appropriation Request (AR) and manages implementation of project until completed within the allotted time frame.
• •Assists, guides, and mentors other engineers and support personnel (Technicians, Maintenance, Tool and Die, etc.) in complex technical matters as needed.
• •Develops, installs and maintains optimum processes for the safe manufacture of quality product in a productive manner.
• •Develops procedures and provides training on new processes, tools and equipment, including but not limited to defining Preventative and Predictive Maintenance

• •General industrial engineering functions as necessary.
