Responsibilities
- ◆Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and report to leadership
- ◆Start up machinery & shut down machinery
- ◆Mechanical experience troubleshooting various issues
- ◆Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Assemble, install, repair wiring, or electrical components that may have basic malfunctions
- ◆Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, or other parts of machinery
- ◆Clean and lubricate machinery
- ◆Maintain good condition of machinery and operating of machinery
- ◆Measurement & Quality Control: skill in using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect finished products and track data
Qualifications
- ✓High School Diploma
- ✓Over 2 years of experience preferred
- ✓Basic mathematics skills
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate problems that may be the root cause of production delays or machine errors.
- ✓Safety and Regulatory knowledge: understanding of plant safety rules, Lean manufacturing concepts and Good Manufacturing Practices or ISO standards.
- ✓Must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours/day with flexibility on Saturdays/overtime

Manufacturing Technician
Mid Shift: 1:30pm-11:30pm
This position starts at $19.00/hour and may increase based on experience.
