Key Responsibilities

◆Supervise and coordinate activities of production employees
◆Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
◆Train and develop team members
◆Monitor workflow and adjust staffing as needed
◆Address and resolve operational issues
◆Maintain accurate records and prepare production reports
◆Communicate effectively with management and other departments

Required Qualifications

✓High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
✓Experience in manufacturing or production supervision
✓Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✓Knowledge of safety and quality regulations
✓Union environment experience in a management/supervisory role is preferred

Job Description

The Production Supervisor is a member of the plant leadership team and plays a key role in providing management and leadership to deliver business results and operational improvements. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift.
