Responsibilities

Lead and develop maintenance technicians responsible for production and test equipment. Drive equipment reliability and maximize uptime through effective troubleshooting and root cause problem-solving. Establish, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs. Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to support production goals. Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available when needed. Support capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades. Coordinate maintenance activities while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards. Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and performance development. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Facilities teams to improve equipment performance and plant productivity. Requirements

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of maintenance experience OR Master's degree and at least 1 year of maintenance experience OR At least 5 years of maintenance experience Additional
