Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing methods, processes, and production workflows. Design and optimize machining and fabrication processes for components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Partner with Design Engineering to successfully launch new products from concept through production. Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve quality, throughput, and cost performance. Develop manufacturing cost estimates, establish labor and cycle time standards, and evaluate process capabilities. Recommend and implement tooling, fixturing, and process improvements for both new and existing products. Troubleshoot complex production and machining challenges using data-driven problem-solving techniques. Maintain manufacturing documentation, process controls, and reporting systems that support operational excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to achieve performance goals. Minimum

Join our team as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll play a critical role in advancing production capabilities, supporting new product launches, and improving manufacturing performance in a fast-paced production environment. In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with design, operations, quality, and leadership teams to implement innovative manufacturing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure world-class product quality. Your expertise will directly influence production success and help drive continuous improvement across our operation. Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 7:00 PM - 6:30 AM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week while making a significant impact on manufacturing operations.
