Responsibilities
- ◆Providing technical coaching and mentoring, work assignments, employee career development, and continuous ongoing feedback
- ◆Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training, performance assessments, salary planning, recognition, and disciplinary actions
- ◆Supporting program development, execution of program requirements, adherence to engineering development processes, and promoting customer focus
- ◆Utilizing your strong knowledge in circuit card design experience to drive technical excellence

- ✓Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent

- ✓Experience with Xilinx/AMD and MicroSemi/Microchip part families internal FPGA fabric and IP.

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment
To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim U.S. secret clearance Pre Start and final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
