Key Responsibilities

◆Operate machining equipment
◆Experience working on a manufacturing floor
◆Perform visual inspection and measurement of optical components
◆May collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure parts meet rigorous standards
◆Document processes, maintain accurate production records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

✓2–3 years of hands-on machining operating experience in manufacturing
✓Strong knowledge of basic manufacturing tools and machinery
✓Familiarity with ultra-precision diamond turning equipment a plus
✓Problem-solving and analytical skills
✓High attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality work
✓A Can-Do attitude
✓Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Position Overview

We are looking for a 1st or 2nd shift, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support our advanced optics manufacturing team. Pay Range

•$22 - $30 /hr. based on experience
