• •Lead and guide production teams to achieve daily targets
• •Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines
• •Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
• •Resolve production issues and equipment challenges quickly
• •Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
• •Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels
• •Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
• •Support troubleshooting and operation of production equipment

• •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• •3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
• •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
• •Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards
• •Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• •Effective communication and team collaboration skills
