As an Operations Support Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, work with advanced tools and systems, and grow your career in a supportive and innovative environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • •Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • •Monitor and improve performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory goals.
  • •Promote and participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
  • •Complete work orders and enter data into CMMS (SAP) daily.
  • •Support continuous improvement initiatives and SAP (CMMS) schedules.
  • •Report downtime concerns to the Lead Technician.
  • •Submit parts and tool

Your Background

  • •High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • •Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or fabrication tasks.
  • •Basic computer skills, including familiarity with SAP.
  • •HVAC and welding experience preferred.
  • •Ability to operate industrial equipment such as cranes and forklifts.
  • •Ability to read and interpret blueprints and simple schematics.
  • •Experience in lean manufacturing (4Q, JIDOKA, 6S) is a plus.
