are safely met Conduct safety, housekeeping audits and performance audits Supports and facilitates the Focused Safety Discussion (FSD) process with crew members Conducts Work Place Exam (WPE) reviews to ensure compliance, and provides appropriate follow through Perform administrative tasks (timecards, overtime, vacation approvals, etc.) associated with managing assigned employees. Work weekend and holiday duty as assigned Support planning meetings Serve as a technical resource for the crews Respond to grievances and participate in the appropriate levels of the grievance process.
