Miller Fabrication Solutions is a 3 rd generation family-owned Company with four plants across western Pennsylvania. We are one of the top OEM Fabricators in the country working to provide effective solutions to our customers. We provide a blend of family-owned culture in a professional environment.

We are looking for a Plant Manager for our manufacturing operations in Homer City, PA . This plant is the home to some of our biggest customers and is positioned for significant growth. The workforce is a good mix of experience and youth.

• •A track record of building strong teams and developing people
• •3+ years of leadership experience managing frontline supervisors
• •Experience to drive accountability, effective communication and teamwork.
• •Experience to be data driven: understand, analyze, summarize, present recommendations to drive continuous improvement and drive changes where needed.
• •Sound, decisive judgment and a comfort with operating budgets and plant operating metrics
• •Strong communication skills at every level, from the shop floor to the leadership team
• •Bachelor's degree (preferred), or equivalent leadership experience

• •Manufacturing experience, especially in a fabrication or welding environment
• •Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methods
• •Experience leading multi-shift operations
