Key Responsibilities
- ◆Improve production processes, layouts, workflows, assembly methods, and manufacturing efficiency.
- ◆Lead Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- ◆Maintain MBOMs, routings, work instructions, layouts, and engineering change documentation.
- ◆Support capital equipment, automation, new product introduction, tooling, and process improvement projects .
Qualifications
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering .
- ✓2+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience .
- ✓Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization .
- ✓Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Six Sigma/Lean certification is a plus.
Salary: $85K - 95K base (possible flex) + 5% annual bonus
