Elementia is seeking a Process Engineer to support the production of Fiber Cement siding at the Roaring River plant in North Wilkesboro, NC. The role focuses on process development, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
