Production Supervisor (Temp)Acts as the production representative and liaison with a Government Customer and directs the overall maintenance effort with the Government customers to meet contract obligations. Familiar with management principles as they apply to production/personnel management to include: planning, organizing, supervising, controlling, and directing personnel and equipment. Knowledge and understanding of Air Force supply system and logistics to include procurement of mission critical parts. Coordinates shop workloads and sets priorities, ensures scheduled maintenance is accomplished on-time. Familiar with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and understanding of time compliance technical data to include routine, safety, urgent and immediate action as it applies to aircraft or aerospace ground equipment to include engineering disposition requests. Quality driven, familiar with hazardous material compliance to include environmental safety and health, personnel protective equipment (PPE)
