Production Supervisor (Night Shift) - Belts

• ◆Lead and support the daily operations of the value stream to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets.
• ◆Supervise, coach, and develop associates by providing direction, training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
• ◆Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• ◆Drive operational excellence through the application of DBS tools and methodologies, including 5S, Daily Management, and structured problem solving.
• ◆Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• ◆Monitor production performance, analyze key metrics, and implement actions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• ◆Ensure compliance with quality management system requirements, product traceability standards, and regulatory expectations.

• ✓High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ✓Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, operations, or production leadership experience.
• ✓Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly associates in a production environment.
• ✓Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Daily Management, Problem Solving, Kaizen, or similar).
• ✓Ability to manage production performance through key metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity/Cost.
• ✓Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain functions.
• ✓Ability to meet physical and travel requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs., using required PPE, accessing equipment up to 6 feet high, and traveling up to 10% as needed.
