• ◆Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• ◆Strong Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• ◆Project management (PMP or PMO) certificate preferred
• ◆Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
• ◆Experience
• ◆8+ years of process engineering experience
• ◆5+ years of experience in area of process expertise
• ◆3+ years of large-scale project management experience
• ◆Multi-site project and support experience preferred
• ◆Core area of technical expertise which enables the ability to develop, lead, and implement new products, processes, and technologies.
• ◆Work Environment/Travel

• ✓Frequent exposure to manufacturing environment.
