✓Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
✓Knowledge of machines and tools
✓Bachelor’s Degree Desirable but not limited – Type: Engineering, technical or related field Preferred Attributes Food industry experience

2 years’ experience as a Production/Operations Supervisor

✓Bilingual (Spanish Speaker is required)
✓Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety
✓Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as a group
✓Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
✓Knowledge of raw materials, Knowledge of quality systems and standards, Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance
