Responsibilities
- ◆Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- ◆Prioritize and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting.
- ◆Respond to equipment issues quickly to support production and reduce downtime.
- ◆Ensure compliance with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- ◆Provide hands-on technical support for complex equipment issues.
- ◆Collaborate across departments to coordinate maintenance priorities and resources.
- ◆Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and shift documentation.
- ◆Support employee training and skill development.
- ◆Manage maintenance supplies and spare parts inventory.
- ◆Participate in safety audits and drive corrective actions.
Qualifications
- ✓5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- ✓Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance knowledge.
- ✓Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- ✓Experience with maintenance management software and diagnostic tools.
- ✓Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- ✓High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or related diploma preferred.
