responsibilities
include; HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, furniture removal/install and other general maintenance needs.
Experience: Two - three years related experience
Travel: 25%
Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday - Friday. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary. Overtime may be required.
Key responsibilities
- ◆C onduct inspections, repairs and services for facility.
- ◆Painting, cleaning, completing work orders.
- ◆Ensure excellent customer service with follow up on requests.
- ◆Grounds upkeep to include some shoveling and salting.
- ◆Complete all tasks per safety policies.
- ◆Courteous and professional attitude toward all managers, associates, vendors, guests.
- ◆Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
