This role performs routine maintenance and repair work across multiple trades, including electrical, carpentry, welding, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, and millwrighting. Common in smaller facilities, this position requires a well-rounded technician with the versatility and experience to handle a wide range of tasks independently, while collaborating with specialists or external contractors when needed. A strong understanding of the facility’s maintenance history—covering buildings, equipment, and infrastructure—is essential for effective troubleshooting and long-term upkeep.
