Engineer II, Quality

• •Support Out-of-Control Action Plans (OCAPs) and other internal investigations and responses by gathering data, documenting findings, and tracking Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to completion.
• •Prepare and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) trend review summaries, highlighting process stability, process shifts, and opportunities for improvement.
• •Complete control limit reviews and updates, including data preparation, statistical summaries, and documentation of proposed changes
• •Maintain and update Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and process control plans to reflect current process controls, inspection methods, and learnings from quality issues or process changes.
• •Author, revise, and maintain quality documentation including reports, summaries, and supporting records in accordance with site and corporate procedures
• •Coordinate internal audit scheduling and track closure of CAPA
• •Participate in cross‑functional meetings related to site quality performance, trend reviews, and continuous improvement activities
• •Support audits and reviews by ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and readily accessible
• •Complete required training, administrative activities, and continuous improvement participation as assigned

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• •3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, quality, or engineering environment
• •Foundational knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis and CAPA, FMEA and Product Control Plans
• •Strong written documentation skills with attention to detail
• •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• •Ability to analyze data, summarize findings, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences
• •Willingness to learn internal quality systems, tools, and procedures, as well as basic manufacturing processes
• •Ability to work onsite at the Aurora facility

• •Compensation: $71,000 - $96,500 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
