Responsibilities
· You will be making Odom’s Tennessee Pride and Sandwich Bros.’s sandwich products by hand. This would include adding meat and/or cheese within the biscuit or flatbread pocket.
· You will help to perform product checks on Sandwich Bros. and Odom's Tennessee Pride products to ensure quality for our consumers
· Our goal is to keep improving and developing efficient processes within our production line, you as production worker will play an active role
· Cleanliness is important at our facilities. You will help with equipment sanitation and maintain a clean work area
· Production workers will be trained and developed to support any position on the production line
- ◆You will collaborate with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- ✓This is a physical position. You will be asked to do things like lifting boxes of up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs and using your hands to move things.
- ✓This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy. Safety is important to us; we provide earplugs and other personal protective equipment.
- ✓Overtime may be needed to ensure we fulfill production demand.
- ✓Due to food handling requirements, employees may not wear jewelry, artificial nails (including acrylic, gel, or press-on nails), nail polish, or false eyelashes.
Physical
requirements
may vary but can include: Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time. Performing consistent repetitive tasks. Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials. Also be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary. More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process.

Hourly Rate: $20.19 an hour + $0.50 shift differential

Reporting to the Production Line Supervisor, you will monitor and assist in line production labor while ensuring product quality. You will join a diverse team of over 400 associates.
Schedule : Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:30am
Shift: 2nd shift
Pay : $20.19
