What You'll Do

◆Attentativeness- must to be able to pay attention to all details.
◆Ensure cleanliness of work areasto improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
◆Implement and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
◆Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow

What You'll Need

✓1+ years supervisory experience is a plus
✓Bilingual English and Spanishisa plus
✓Leads when required, but able to workwith coworkers and supervisors in other departments to achieve goals
✓Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing

✓High School diploma or equivalent required
