requirements
- ✓Determines and executes disciplinary action when appropriate
- ✓Procures and distributes production material to meet schedules

Caterpillar is seeking a 3rd Shift Assembly Production Manager in Sanford, NC. In this role, you will collaborate with the team and maintaining and improving processes and systems and the manufacturing of the products produced in the facility. Further you will analyze and recommend current and future systems procedures and equipment needs based on manufacturing requirements.
