Production Supervisor

• ◆Manage the production team in the day-to-day performance of their job duties
• ◆Plan and establish staffing

and production work schedules to support customer deliveries

• ✓Support the integrated product teams and production schedules (dispatch) prioritizing workload and schedules
• ✓Update the team and track progress against the production plan
• ✓Provide production process analysis and recommend solutions for process improvements
• ✓Work with the engineering team on production sequences to maximize productivity
• ✓Ensure that department/project milestones are met
• ✓Work with other departments to ensure the flow of materials and parts are received when needed
• ✓Provide input regarding hiring, training, and other personnel related decisions
• ✓Handle disciplinary situations within the department
• ✓Perform mid year and annual personnel evaluations for the team members
• ✓Administer Company policies and procedures
• ✓Adhere to approved budgets
• ✓Assist in providing a safe and healthy working environment for the team
• ✓Focus on quality performance and continuous improvement
• ✓Read and interpret blueprints to direct build and advise on requirments and reduce rework/scrap
• ✓Develop training plans for the department to improve flexibility/efficiency
• ✓Recommend shop floor flow modifications to enhance production efficiency
• ✓Other job-related duties as assigned or as necessary

• ✓Background in mechanical assembly/manufacturing environment preferred
• ✓Oracle/MRP experience/familiarity
• ✓Experience in fast paced production environment
• ✓Previous leadership experience
• ✓Effective written and verbal communication skills
• ✓Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• ✓Experience with Microsoft Office applications

• ✓4 year or equivalent work experience required.
• ✓Experience in a Manufacturing environment and/or Composites.
• ✓2 years experience in leadership/supervision role.

Pay Information

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
