Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- ◆Ensure production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times.
- ◆Responsible for maintaining guarding and safety equipment on all production lines.
- ◆Responsible for Lock out/Tag out procedures on all lines that are worked upon, which includes isolating all forms of energy to the line and placing lock with photo ID.
- ◆Depending on the plant, may support and assist preventative maintenance process on the shift.
- ◆Visit white board for daily tasks and record work completed.
- ◆Contribute and assist in line commissioning after maintenance/process events.
- ◆Assist and participate with other plant projects as needed.
- ◆Ability to work in Rail, PVC or Wood Plant with little-to-no instruction.
- ◆Operate in a manner that provides value to the team.
- ◆Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management.
Education & Certifications
- ✓High school diploma or GED required.
- ✓Additional education, relevant certifications, or specialized training preferred.
